We got some positive feedback from our users after the launch of TNT Landlord. To train the Doudizhu (a popular poker game in China) AI more efficiently, we decided to pivot from a light-weight poker game to a professional game trainer. This requires more complex product features, new information hierarchy, as well as a new set of interface.

I gained some experiences after the first product, so I could focus on details that I haven’t thought through in the last project, such as personas, design guidelines, etc.
